Maintain the same responsibilities as the part time/full time tellers such as: Balance currency, coin, and drawers at end of shifts. Type 40 to 50 wpm, 10 key by touch. Greet lobby/ branch customers and direct necessary. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Keep managers advised of any problem situations with employees, branches. Handle each customer in a professional manner. Count, strapped and verify large amounts of money accurately. Knowledge of running various business machines. Act independently and handle customer problems/complaints, good judgement and recognize problem situations before they occur. Customer Service Representative: Open/ close accounts, preform wire transfers as well as assist/set up online banking. Answer large volumes of phone calls and direct them where needed. CD deposits/withdraws, change addresses/phone numbers/emails...ect. on customers accounts. Assist customers with dispute forms for fraud, issue cash card/gift cards. Keep up with temporary signature card reports for two branches and follow procedures to obtains signatures for checking and savings accounts.

Schedule instructional activities by the hour/minutes. Collaborate with other teaching professionals to develop educational programs, discuss student progress with parents or guardians. Encourage students to achieve academic success, evaluate student work/homework. Monitor student performance and tutor students who need extra assistance. Lead one on one or small group lessons from kinder-4th grade.

Greet customers from beginning and end of each guest and asking dining experience. Multi-task daily tasks and other hostess duties. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Manage heavy crowds, help servers greet and serve food/beverages. Organize the floor plan, provide guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
