About Emily Hill

I am passionate about helping people and teams to grow and learn, enabling them to achieve their goals, and empowering them to realise the aims of the business. Offering customers an exemplary service is something we pride ourselves on at Ghyston and something I truly believe in. I thrive on building long lasting, trusting relationships and this is one of the cornerstones of our business. I co-founded Ghyston with Ric Hill, starting with a team of just five in 2012 and growing to the thriving business we are today. With over 15 years of experience in the software industry I have a keen understanding of the difficulties faced by organisations of different sizes and maturity in an age where it’s hard to keep up with the fast pace of change in technology. I work hard to promote a positive work environment and a learning culture, to ensure we consistently deliver on the technical excellence we stand for.
