-Compose the program and budget narratives for major grant opportunities from private foundations, government agencies, and corporate giving centers-Work alongside program directors to create new projects serving disadvantaged youth and adjudicated young adults in Baltimore and DC neighborhoods-Organize a silent auction and special events accumulating over $350,000 in operating funds-Serve as a liaison in several offices of the state and local government, the state Department of Education, and the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority meetings-Maintain donor and prospect databases, tracking all leads, funding sources and grant submissions
