I am highly motivated and keen to develop my professional career. I am committed to ensuring that pupils of all backgrounds and circumstances have an equal opportunity to access an education. My trauma-informed practices ensure that I preserve my caring approach to pupil welfare whilst maintaining a highly stimulating and congenial environment whilst teaching. All children and young people should have the chance to access a high standard of education, which is why I joined a non-profit organisation that works with secondary school-aged children at risk of exclusion.
