I am currently a sophomore at UMass Amherst, beginning to search for jobs in the sociology field. I enjoy working with children and have worked as a summer camp counselor for the past three summers. This job taught me what it's like to be responsible for other people's well-being and has given me experience in a leadership position. I also worked as a barista in a coffee shop, where I learned how to interact with many different types of customers and to work collaboratively with my co-workers. I am a very dedicated person and I plan on putting my all into whatever job I may have in the future. I care very deeply about people and their emotional states, which is why I plan on working in a position where my goal is to help others in their everyday lives.
