Thomsons Online Benefits is an employee benefits software company; I completed a 4 month paid internship within the Account Management team. My responsibilities included:- Running daily reports, producing management statistics and analysing the results which were used for client presentations and feedback meetings. Clients included Apple, HP and Ricoh.- Attended Benefits Fairs as the sole representative for Thomsons, to help engage employees with the software. This involved building and maintaining relationships with the client, whilst also engaging directly with the employees. - Presented at numerous client sites across the UK, educating individuals on their benefit system and the HR benefits on offer. - Worked alongside the Marketing team to organise two in-house client events.- Confident use of technology platforms, including Salesforce, Vivantio and 'Darwin'.
