Over fifteen years of clinical and practice management experience. Currently providing office management for a private group practice with 8 dentists and totaling almost 50 employees. The current management team is a collaborative team of three utilizing strengths and passions to continue to grow the office both in patient care and in revenue. Positively supports a team, ability to delegate tasks accordingly, versed in dental insurance coding and billing, EOB interpretation and appeals, comfortable with accounts receivable and treatment cost discussions.
