I returned to working with the NHS in a hands-on data migration role. I joined Integris Ltd, which in turn joined Cloud 21. Stalis works with NHS and healthcare clients, and specialises in moving, transforming and merging healthcare data for both Patient Administration Systems and integrated care records.I enjoyed using my NHS knowledge and data and analysis skills in an innovate and fast-paced private sector setting. I worked as an Implementation Consultant and Project Manager, gaining a robust understanding of software implementation from pre-sales through to post go-live support. At Stalis, I managed projects of various sizes, from multi-million pound, high-profile migrations in the NHS, to bespoke pieces that included the upskilling of Client teams. I was involved with analysis, specification and development in both waterfall and agile approaches.I was also the Product Owner and Manager for Stalis' Data Quality products and services, which means that I planned how Stalis' DQ offering could work either alone or with Stalis' other products. I was responsible for its specification, coherence and ultimately its development and implementation.

While I was at Kingston Hospital we went through Monitor's process and became a Foundation Trust, making it a really exciting time. I was based in the Productivity Team, working with clinicians and management on projects to increase efficiency or outcomes, and supported the Trust's Programme Management Office.

I project managed the build of a high-profile software tool. This was an exciting project with a tight deadline, involving internal stakeholders, external commissioners and primary care.

Monitored contracts between many PCTs and many providers (both NHS and Any Qualified Providers). Involved line management during a time of transition for the organisation and the NHS as a whole.I also helped to organise and facilitate an organisation-wide listening exercise to inform HCCS's new approach, including gathering opinions, facilitating workshops and presenting back.

A short placement in a technical role, building on the Data Quality Dashboards for the Secondary Uses Service.

Learned to use Standard Query Language (SQL), databases, automated reports, etc. Worked with the Performance Team to monitor key indicators. Worked extensively with clinicians and managers in the A&E Department to change clinical coding practices, and around performance management of the 5 A&E standards for Foundation Trusts.Also contributed to the KPMG-led consultation and resulting Emergency Care Pathway Project, which had many work streams all around the hospital.Worked to improve data quality around the hospital, especially with regards to Payment by Results.
