I spent nearly 13 years at Mindbody. I started in software sales, the company had about 200 employees and just crossed 10,000 customers. Two years after I started, I moved to the payments business unit. In 2015, after a short stent away, I returned as Senior Manager, and from there, I was promoted 5 times in 8 years. When I closed my chapter, I was the SVP/GM of Payments and Partnerships, essentially the proxy-CEO for the business lines, collectively covering ~40% of revenue.I am a highly regarded and influential individual with a unique blend of qualities that make me stand out in a professional setting. My leadership style is characterized by authenticity, heart, and a strong bias for action (but not so strong that it lapses in critical thinking.) I am a skilled communicator, both in navigating difficult conversations and bridging the gap between business leadership and technical expertise. My career is marked by trust, results, and a whole lot of fun. I am a strong believer in "learn by doing." I embrace curiosity and I am not afraid to challenge thinking to get to a better result. I am currently an angel investor, LP, advisor, and mentor.
