I am a writer and marketing designer who has been working for nearly 8 years in the marketing industry in Colorado. As a queer woman and life-long athlete, I have always had a passion to share my healing practice with others through yoga classes and workshops. My expertise is helping small businesses brand themselves using digital media and social media as well as providing bespoke logos and branding designs to fit my clients' needs. The copyright I use has been honed over many years of trial and errors, and supported through my degree in Literary Analysis. My passion in life is to research, write, and speak about chronic health issues in order to destigmatize these topics. I have planned and executed various events including fundraisers for the Brain Injury Alliance, Eating Disorder Yoga and Cannabis Yoga (yeah Cannabis!). In 2020 I was diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. I decided to dedicate my energy to giving back to my communities by educating the public about the benefits of yoga and meditation for chronic illness! I was trained in Trauma-Informed yoga in 2019, giving me ample experience working with individuals struggling from mental health and physical ailments. This diagnosis has also given me a new perspective on how to market towards these marginalized populations. It would be amazing to find an environment that promotes team-work!
