I am a Senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville working to obtain my business degree in Accounting with a collateral in Information Management. I constantly strive to work hard, be organized, and be dependable, especially in the workplace. Working as a student manager in the UTK Engagement Center, I constantly utilize these skills by overseeing the pledges that come into our system and training callers. I have also learned how important effective communication skills are when speaking to both employees and alumni.My business goals are focused on working in my community to make a change, complete my bachelor's in Accounting while doing internships along the way, pursue my Masters and CPA licensing, and work a full time position within tax and consulting in my hometown Greenville, SC. My experiences in leadership and data management through my managerial job at the Engagement Center have prepared me to pursue a career in Tax accounting. I am a motivated and detailed student currently seeking an internship opportunity at an accounting firm to continue to enhance these educational and business goals.
