• Support a fast pace academic office environment• General administration responsibilities • Assisting University faculty, students and guests

• Assist Account Managers when planning and budgeting hospitality events• Research all hospitality related items for availability and cost• Attend client meetings to support hospitality team• Manage vendor communications and relationships• Work in a collaborative environment with Account Managers• Interface with departments to include: accounting, creative, IT, experiential, public relations, and business development

• Customer service and satisfaction• Taking orders accurately and handling payments • Organizing foodservice orders

• Cashier, bagger, in a fast paced high quality grocery store• Positive communication with customers• Knowledge of store items• Team player in a customer service environment
