I am currently providing change management leadership in the Operations Transformation ‘Accelerator’ Program at Woodside Energy, a leading Australian energy company that is committed to innovation and sustainability. I have delivered whole organisation changes in complex environments, notably HR and Finance ERP implementation (Workday) at Murdoch University, and a whole organisation cultural change program at RAC.I have a unique combination of skills and credentials that enable me to develop pragmatic change solutions that deliver results for organisations, teams, and individuals. I am a certified change management practitioner, a results-trained coach, and an accredited 360-degree feedback facilitator.
