As an Evaluation and Impact Analyst dedicated to widening participation in Higher Education, I focus on transforming data into meaningful insights that support equitable access to education. With a strong foundation in quantitative and qualitative analysis, I work to address the challenges faced by underrepresented groups in accessing and succeeding in Higher Education. I bring a deep commitment to evidence-based programme evaluation, designing and conducting analyses that inform strategic decision-making. My work involves collaborating with colleagues in the Schools Liaison and Partnerships Team and other stakeholders across Bournemouth University to evaluate the effectiveness of widening participation initiatives and develop actionable recommendations for improvement. I utilise a range of data tools to build comprehensive reports that demonstrate the value and outcomes of work.My role is not just about numbers, it’s about making real change. By highlighting the stories behind the data, I advocate for initiatives that support diverse student populations and foster a more inclusive academic environment. My goal is to contribute to a future where higher education is accessible to all, regardless of background or socioeconomic status.
