Hatha yoga teacher RYT 500 and trauma sensitive yoga instruction. Using the breath as a guide for movement I instruct yoga for people with varying levels of ability. Modifications are utilized and encouraged.I provide one on one yoga wellness coaching, using holistic approach to facilitate healing and balance emotionally, mentally and physically.

Observed undergraduate students leading Supplemental Information Sessions to freshman in chemistry. Provided feedback and guidance on facilitating effective sessions, enhancing student participation, and creating helpful educational activities. Met with undergraduate students one on one for appointments about study skills and academic success.
