I analyzed and underwrote financials to establish appropriate credit risk score to calculate the bank's cost of capital and special reserves. Structured exit strategies to optimize bank return and income by negotiating with the borrower.

Provided support to mutliple CRE Account Managers in the analysis and credit underwriting of CRE customers. I provided input and guidance on loan structuring. Assessed loan profitability on all major properties. Applied in-depth knowledge of regulatory procedures and policies.

Modeled the company's 5 year forecast and was responsible for the year-end Budget book. Calculated preferred retruns, asset management fees, waterfall distributions, investor capital calls, and financial performance.
