Communicate with director via email, EverNote, text, and phone calls to determine what needs to be done and how to do it. Write grants, newsletters, and technical writing. Handle accounting procedures. Write and send post cards, greeting cards, mailers, promotional materials, and emails on behalf of Sky Corral. Research, shop, and purchase items for the foundation. Organize and work events and volunteer days. Help turn over property for guests. Plan menus and cater meals. Take pictures of events for social media marketing. Write social media content and manage social media accounts.

Handle ordering of equipment, supplies, and food, manage inventory, maintain health department standards for a healthy and safe kitchen, maintain USDA food service production records, serve breakfast and lunch to approximately 45 students, complete menus, manage special diets and allergies, communicate with staff, families, and central child nutrition.
