CurrentMiro is a visual workspace for innovation where over 60M+ global users manage projects, design products, and build the future together. • One of the first verticalized Strategic Customer Success Managers supporting global Professional Service Providers• Support PSPs via customized mutual success plans to help enable, scale, and unlock the full value of Miro's collaboration capabilities for each customer's respective use cases• Partner with Executive Leadership and other functions to increase each customer's lifetime value to foster long-term strategic partnerships, higher product adoption, increased account health, and improved customer satisfaction resulting in high retention and expansion rates• Formulate and deliver a best-in-class customer experience by standardizing assets, creating scalable plays, and identifying program process improvements for Miro's Global Customer Success organization
