Manage four Sport Clubs by working as a liaison within the UW-Madison Competitive Sports office to facilitate their growth, financial stability, and athletic and organizational performance. Responsible for intramural sports programming, planning and executing monthly leadership workshops for all Sport Club officers, and communicating with a diverse range of individuals. Exercise effective communication, leadership, and conflict management skills in a positively challenging environment that fosters personal and professional growth 7-15 hours per week alongside 10 other LEAD supervisors, four professional staff members, participants, and officials.

Served as a member of a six-person team and was individually responsible for analysis, problem-solving, and implementing solutions in business-side and corporate platforms within the manufacturing corporation. Gained both local and international exposure through direct personal contact and responsibilities involving ad-hoc analysis, budget rate calculation, and financial statement review and revision while achieving proficiency in systems including SAP, HFM, HP, QlikView, and Excel. Made an impact beyond established responsibilities specifically in digital business ventures, R&D, and treasury operations through outreach and personal research. Facilitated implementation of an improved blocked billing analysis and assignment system in Excel using SAP for data retrieval, troubleshooting, and direct resolutions.

Coached and facilitated dancers ages 5-12, teaching them basics of dance and how to learn in a group. Learned how to teach with authority and respectability while remaining relatable to the kids.

Coached children training in the sport of gymnastics. Responsible for the development and progression of their skill set, self motivation, and physical fitness of children ages 5-12.
