Individual cylinder control (ICC) champion this entails daily checks to ensure and confirm deliveries were completed on the previous day. Checking the cylinders are tracked correctly and ensuring any orders not completed are rescheduled. I would also manage and create the daily transportation orders which are required for the tracking of cylinders. I would also handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, BOC staff as well as the HSE. This would lead to a very high variation of tasks including troubleshooting medical equipment, prescription queries, order taking as well as invoice queries. I would also create new SAP accounts from Home Order Oxygen Forms all within a confirmed time frame. I was also involved in daily record keeping, updating of accounts and training new staff during onboarding.

Based as front desk reception I would manage and book in appointments through Socrates, this would be done in person and through our phone system. I would create and update accounts, confirm the arrival of patients as well as dealing with in person queries. This role also involved a lot of day to day administration transcribing letters from dictation, managing incoming and outgoing post as well as managing the payment system.
