• Responsible for providing the HR support and leadership to all Departments located in Baxter Malta. • Manage initiatives related to HR organization and management and HR team effectiveness, through drive execution and implementation of HR processes across functions. • Lead Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. • Consult with functional management on a variety of HR and business-related issues, both strategic and operational. • Manage day-to-day Employee Relations, staffing, and compensation issues in partnership with managers and the Country SLT. • Partner with Senior Leadership team to translate and ensure alignment to the local and corporate HR vision and strategy.

•Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.•Act as a consultant to management on HR related queries.•Manage Talent Management Strategy for the organization by establishing performance management process, talent review, succession planning, coaching and career development.•Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.•Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.•Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.•Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.•Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Manage fortnightly payroll and Time and Attendance (Dakar system). • Conduct recruitment and selection of blue collar employees.• Onboarding and induction of new employees.• HR General duties and organization of social events.
