Develops and implements all aspects of the annual giving program to ensure continued growth. Dana Hall experienced a 6% increase in FY13, and a 10% increase in FY14. Leads the Senior Parent Gift fundraising initiative, serves on the Major Gifts Team to identify and cultivate prospects for an upcoming campaign, and is responsible for the recruitment and management of parent annual fund volunteers in each grade. Manages the Assistant Director of Annual Giving, and the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Alumnae Relations.

Developed, implemented, and managed annual fund strategic plan. Solicited all donors in partnership with the Director of Advancement. Staffed and managed parent, alumni, and faculty/staff volunteer committees related to fundraising.

Assisted the Director of Principal & Major Gifts with meeting quarterly and annual fundraising goals. Constructed architectural slide decks for the Yawkey Center for Cancer Care to present and sell naming opportunities tailored to a donor’s capacity and interest in the building. Maintained and analyzed lists tracking closed gifts, next steps with donors, and dollars brought in.
