Responsibilities:• Oversee the reporting and analysis of enterprise-wide construction data from a number of sources (financial, project management, safety, client/CRM, employee) using statistical analysis, BI software, and machine learning techniques.• Gather business requirements for standard reporting and dashboards. Enable and assist different departments for all data and analytics needs.• Develop and implement data quality and cleansing initiatives, data governance policy, standardization and improvement of processes, and overall data and analytics strategy.• Work collaboratively with Enterprise IT, technology infrastructure, cyber security, and operations staff to create production implementations for high quality business insights and large-scale data analysis• Manage external vendors and oversee related projects; in particular the planning, creation, and expansion of HITT’s Enterprise Data Warehouse Accomplishments:• Oversaw the design and implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse that houses data from 4 (and counting) distinct applications• Personally designed, implemented, and deployed HITT Contracting’s first enterprise-wide Power BI dashboard and oversaw the development of two other major dashboards to-date• Spoke at the Advancing Analytics in Construction Conference in 2023 and 2024• Facilitated and participated in the development of the company’s first predictive model with the intention of full implementation in the future

Worked with the Ongoing Monitoring and Revalidation (OGMR) team to provide risk management for Freddie Mac’s current LPA (Loan Product Advisor) predictive model. The team’s mission is to create a framework for ongoing monitoring and model revalidation that can be applied to a wide array of predictive models developed and maintained by Freddie Mac.

Founding Member of Freddie Mac’s Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence (RPA COE)- As a part of the RPA team I was responsible for the architecture, design, development and support of several (up to 10) process automations at Freddie Mac- Supported the full lifecycle of process automations including design, development, integration, QA, UAT, regression testing, stress testing, production support, and solution documentation- Supported existing process automations and implemented new requirements and code enhancements using an Agile change control process- Worked to enhance, develop, and standardize existing Design Standards and Coding Guidelines to streamline the repeatable design, development, and release process of new and existing bots- Worked closely with business areas across the organization to identify additional and/or alternative solutions to support their processes including but not limited to: Business Process Management (BPM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Summer Intern (2017); Part-time Finance Coordinator (2017-2019)-Processed payments for programming fees up to $2.5 million per day and entered updated subscriber count for each client in Medea accounting software-Managed network subscriber fees for more than 1,000 accounts and helped to resolve discrepancies in payments according to agreements-Ensured accurate reflection of revenue and subscriber information for all cable networks and affiliate stations-Implemented a new file organization system for thousands of current and past legal agreements

-Tutored students of all years taking Calculus I & II and Discrete Mathematics for two hours per week in the University's math center-Helped students improve their grades by sharing personal tips learned from my own experience in the mathematics department
