I started working at the Railway when i was 16, I therefore worked primarily as a glass-collector. This involved clearing tables, working and emptying the dishwasher, smiling at customers and learning the 'pub humour' of the customers. 6 months later i was trained as bar staff and i often flit between roles working in the kitchen, glass collecting and serving on bar.
