As a former Miss Idaho JDI, I am well rounded in event planning and public speaking. I've always enjoyed detailed work: auditing reports, time cards, billing statement, feeds from insurance reports, etc have always come easily to me. I am a people person and love to engage with new employees during the new hire process. Currently at Frontier Credit Union, I hold the position of HR Generalist. I am responsible for recruitment, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, report requests, etc. I am extending blessed to work in such a friendly atmosphere with incredible mentors! I also am on the South East Idaho - Society of Human Resource Management (SEI-SHRM) Board of Directors as their Treasurer. My biggest accomplishment in the last 5 years has been helping in opening Idaho Falls Community Hospital - Idaho Falls, Idaho's newest Trama III facility. I've held the Compliance and Analytics position, in which I self taught myself and became very experienced in EEo reporting - handling 2 companies annual reports (over 2300 employees and over 37 locations). I was then promoted to Recruiter, in which I specialized in internal transfers and wage negotiation (average of 80 transfers per month), onboarding, and offboarding. Then, I was promoted to Benefits Specialist. I've become very proficient in ACA, reporting and auditing insurance feeds, open enrollment, and billing and properly reconciliation during payroll. I planned our annual company wide engagement event (employee appreciation event Idaho Falls Community Hospital. Along with that event, I assist in planning our annual family event for over 4000 individuals.
