I love nursing!It is my life goal to inspire and positively impact those around me while still learning and gaining knowledge and experience each and everyday. I have 5 collective years working bedside as an RN for various high-rated Medicare Skilled Nursing Facilities- Sub-acute transitional rehab centers along with a travel contract for Baptist Medical Hospital on the Restorative Acute care floor. I have a passion for mental health and mental disorders and ultimately would love to pursue psychology or psychiatry degree. I also have a passion for statistics, science and medical research, being an influence or part in societal change, and teaching, to name a few. With my RN license and Associates Degree in Science, I have a large variety of avenues I can venture toward a promising and fullfilling career. I have goals to achieve my masters ultimately, with desire to continue onto my doctorate. My optimum job would be one that utilizes my RN license, perform remotely from my laptop- as I frequently travel between SLC, UT and Seattle, WA (for family and business), and offer tuition reimbursement to help further my career. I absolutely love traveling and would love having a career that requires or allows frequent travel. I also have a passion for the mental psyche- including everything from mental and personality disorders, psychoanalytics, graphoanalysis, and communications. I have had the opportunity to focus on personal side research projects the last couple years while also helping my family at home for various health and wellness reasons. Side projects include in the field research and therapy services for those experiencing difficulties in relationships, substance abuse and underlying issues, various traumas, personality disorders with a focus on Borderline Personality Disorder, and mental health disoders of the elderly.
