• Facilitated in-depth interviews with implementing partners in multiple countries to gain insight on experience with USAID oxygen TA during the COVID-19 pandemic• Developed the codebook and led the analysis of the interview data in Dedoose in order to make recommendations to USAID on strengthening oxygen environments and providing TA in emergency settings• Developed learning and methods technical briefs for an USAID audience and presented findings to USAID stakeholders and implementing partners
