Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the Epic project, scope and timeline; and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, resolved and/or escalated in a timely manner for the Radiant team. Proactively engage present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting, implementation, and support and maintenance activities. Lead individuals and peers with a positive attitude of accomplishment. Lead meetings and supervises team members, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues and risks lists, and manage a project plan. Create the weekly status reports and ensuring the Epic week by week is consistently maintained and updated. Ensure team members are completing their work in a timely manner, assist with task and team responsibility assignments and act as a conduit to the larger EpiCenter Team. Responsible for assigning and completing build tasks.

Build templates and reports in the system to improve users access. Assist with upgrades, work with company to resolve issues and enhance current system. Responsible for training physicians as needed.

Super User for Soarian, produce graphs for upper management to show patient activity and help them problem solve. Attend upper management meetings.
