As a Recruiting Coordinator for NTT DATA, I work under the Campus Pathways Program in Talent Acquisition. In this role, I facilitate interviews for our business practices searching for new joiners. Occasionally, I assist our Recruiters in high volume, in-person, Campus Recruitment Events. I also assist our Recruiters with screening our candidates via our virtual Platforms, Microsoft Teams. I schedule interviews and coordinate with interviewers the appropriate times they have available for interviewing, including different time zones. I collect feedback from interviewers and report the data to my hire ups as well as track and update data and information for our candidates as they go through the onboarding process.I send various data reports when needed and I also assist in our Administrator on our Handshake Job Posting Platform. Along with this, I utilize SuccessFactors to review resumes before sending them to our Campus Recruiters for Screenings. I have also assisted in various candidate screenings. I also work on various projects when needed including but not limited to, Wirfon Cloud Community Career Journey Resume and Social Media Review, Hackathon Communication Between Teams, and GroupMe Management. I conduct I-9 screenings when assigned to ensure candidates have all the proper paperwork for US Hires.

I held the title Intern Coordinator. I communicate with each department head at UCDD in Putnam County and discuss what opportunities an intern could have. I then created the job descriptions and make sure all KSAO's are covered in said description(s). I will have the potential to work with department heads at UCHRA as well. I conducted phone screenings for potential candidates through a resume review process. I also assisted with the onboarding process for new hires along with the part-time new hire paperwork for all interns.

I created the first chapter of NSLS for Tennessee Tech University in 2021. The process of creating this chapter involved many responsibilities including: coordinating with the National NSLS office, responsibilities of meeting many deadlines for correct and appropriate paperwork to be submitted to Tennessee Tech, and gathering a group of young and talented leaders to represent my Executive Board as I served in the President role. This group had over 400 members when I graduated in 2021.

In this role, I worked under and with Clay Wesley. I researched programs that are already in effect at other universities, and I will saw how I can implement a new program in the College of Business Student to Career Center that satisfies the 8 NACE Leadership competencies based on my research. This program will benefit our College of Business students and prepare them for the leadership roles they will soon enter after graduation from Tennessee Technological University!

I was an Intern with the ICube center at Tennessee Tech University. I worked under a graduate student on training programs for the Highway Safety Office, Tennessee Department of Agriculture, and any other projects I was assigned to help with. We used Articulate Story Line to create these training programs so the trainees can easily navigate through the training.I also reported directly to Daphni Engle under the Ollie Otter Child Safety Program doing various projects ranging from packaging Ollie Otter Bags with Safety Information, working with other interns, and even having the honor of wearing and participating in an Ollie Otter Event at a local school as Ollie Otter himself!

I worked for Waffle House for almost 3 1/2 years. I strived to make every customer have a great experience by delivering quality customer service. This company gave me great opportunities for many communication experiences to bring with me further into my career.

I work as the Victim Service Coordinator Intern at the CPD. I work directly under Ms. Tara Bates while learning human resource skills when communicating with victims about specific cases that have happened and what will become of said cases.

I worked at Payless ShoeSource as a sales representative making sure we met the customers needs while in our store located in Cookeville, TN. Customer Service was and is always a number one priority for Payless Shoesource.

I applied and received a Summer Internship through Twin Lakes co-op through the engineering department. I worked closely with the engineering department and worked with fiber in the company.

I was apart of a Summer Engineering Intern Program at Nissan North America in Smyrna, TN. We used problem solving skills to solve real problems in the actual company.
