Led the 6-person School & Community Partnerships Team responsible for corps member matriculation, hiring and licensure; alumni engagement and career support; school and district partnerships; and regional data collection and analysis. Served on the Strategic Planning Committee, incorporating diverse perspectives and school data into the region's strategy for 2022-2025.

Built relationships with over 60 schools in Greater Boston and the South Coast sub-regions. Sourced new teachers (corps members) and veteran educators (TFA alumni) for high-priority roles. Managed two directors: one responsible for corps member recruitment and matriculation strategy for the region, and the second responsible for alumni recruitment, retention, and career support.

East Boston

Established strong operational practices at Brooke East Boston K-8 campus to enable instructional staff to focus on high-quality instruction. Developed operational strategy for the school serving 540 students and 70 staff members. Managed 5 operations team members to execute operational strategy. Oversaw the charter school admissions and enrollment process, and served as the school representative in the East Boston community. Consistently ranked in the top decile for strong operational practices by instructional staff.

Selected from over 400 applicants to complete the Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Brazil. Delivered English instruction to multi-language learners across 6 campuses at the Universidade Federal do Reconcavo da Bahia.
