Intellectual property practice encompassed trademark counseling, with an emphasis on the selection, adoption and use of trademarks, domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement, and development of comprehensive branding strategies. Litigation practice spanned trademark and non-IP-related disputes in multiple venues includingfederal and state court, mediation and arbitration, domain dispute proceedings, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board matters.
