Identified a crisis which threatened the closure of Charleston during the start of the pandemic and single handed lay set about creating a charity auction on Instagram to raise vital funds for their survival.I sourced in excess of 150 contemporary artists and makers who donated works to sell to raise funds for Charleston. Single-handedly I curated the auction, undertook all marketing and promotion for the auction and ran it from Instagram with Charleston Trusts support.The auction raised over £55,000 and was picked up by British Vogue, The World of Interiors, The Art Newspaper and the BBC.The artists and I did a great service to help Charleston, providing a springboard for their later fundraising campaigns.
