Activities included:- Managing the general administrative functions; Employee Share Scheme (ESS), customer invoicing, HR/payroll, bonuses- Forecasting and budgeting for the business and future investment needs- Leading the incorporation of the company’s USA subsidiary remotely from Australia, including managing USA payroll & compliance functions for the small team of USA employees
