My focus is on big data and machine learning with regards to how they can be applied to real world problems.My research includes adapting a ML program to work on Autophagic Bodies that is published in Autophagy.I have several non-professional projects based on big data and imaging that are widely used, and information about them can be provided on request. I have done several projects involving vector databases for LLM, text classification models (transformers), and image classification (CNN) and image enhancement models (GAN),I work primarily in Python, but can work in R and C# relatively well. For big data I am most familiar with AWS but could pick up Azure or other Cloud Services.

  With over ten million cumulative downloads, my skills in Data Science, Generative AI, and Large-Scale Image Processing have led to dozens of widely used projects. I have expertise in key areas of Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Pipelines, with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Image Processing, Data Workflow Automation, and User Support. I have highlighted three key areas that I believe are most relevant.I have explored Generative AI technologies like BERT, LLaMA, and OpenAI to build models that sort emails, answer niche queries, and generate game specific boilerplate Lua code. I applied Data Sourcing and Data Cleaning methods to retrieve and clean HTML sources, then used Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques via Llamaindex and Hugging Face to streamline the development and deployment of these models.I’ve also worked on enhancing game textures, in one case optimizing over 70,000 diverse images using GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) for artifact removal and resolution improvement. The project involved developing Python-based automation tools to process large volumes (terabytes) of data efficiently and managing updates through delta checks, demonstrating proficiency in Data Pipeline Management, SQL, Image Processing, Image Heuristics, and Reverse Engineering.Additionally, I have experience creating custom Python programs to batch-edit XML and other proprietary data stores, ensuring Data Integrity and UUID verification across large-scale projects. This work highlights my ability to automate complex workflows and maintain data accuracy.
