My name is Emily Cacho and I have been passionate about the Arts from a very young age. Working in fundraising at the Utah Shakespeare Festival as the Development Associate for the past three years has taught me a lot about sustaining and advancing the Arts.Working in this sector I have great interpersonal and communication skills. I have been able to meet, culitvate, and maintain relationships with many different types of people whether that be donors, co-workers, or patrons. I love being able to connect with people and share my passions about the arts with others. I love event planning and being able to serve others within my organization. I am highly organized and I am able to work in high demand situations. I'm hoping as I advance my career I am able to make working in the arts a place where everyone can come together and have a sense of belonging and community.
