Simultaneously, I led UX/UI design projects, driving website redesign, new feature development, and optimizing the lead sign-up process. Crafting compelling copy and maintaining top-notch content standards were also part of my responsibilities. Backr is an intelligent audience engagement tool designed for Youtube creators, to help manage their fanbase more effectively. We help creators increase productivity and drive more value from their audience by targeting fans who matter most. At Backr, our mission is to help creators build sustainable businesses by building stronger connections through smarter fan engagement.I led marketing initiatives including extensive market research, harnessing insights from user interviews and competitor analysis to identify opportunities within the creator market and shape effective product positioning and messaging. I've honed my skills in SaaS sales from conducting discovery calls and product demos, to successfully articulating the value of our solutions to acquire customers. My responsibilities extended to owning the design of our website, product and creative assets. As part of our co-founder team, I've built a dynamic team of 10 and secured funding through grants, accelerators, and competitions to further drive our vision.
