I am an ambitious, award-winning Chartered Architect / Design Manager, passionate about design risk management in architectural conservation and community enhancement. I believe that good design risk management comes from collaboration, lateral problem solving and a true understanding of the brief. I continue to strengthen my 10+years experience in heritage construction by taking on new challenges in different areas that echo my desire to promote women in construction and use modern ways of working/thinking/building to better showcase the skills/people/roles needed to transform our sector post Covid-19. I am an active role model advocating for more resilient design and build to achieve future sustainability targets and decarbonise our built environment.
