CurrentAnswers, screens, and directs calls on a multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner; takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee or departmentClear messages each morning and deliver to appropriate departmentsmessages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee or departmentClear messages each morning and deliver to appropriate departmentsMeet and greet all visitors; determines their needs and direct them to the appropriate employee/locationCarries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etcAlerts employees of deliveries; including mail, packages, and lunch ordersPrepare outgoing mail and packages and coordinate shipping with the maintenance departmentCompose and type routine correspondence with the legal claims and operations team as needed. Assist neighboring departments with special projects and tasks as assignedPoint of contact for building maintenance and additional vendors. Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to: basic correspondence, filing, photocopying, and faxingTake inventory, order, and maintain supplies for janitorial, break room, and coffeeSupply order, the main point of contact for Canteen and Amazon orderingMaintain, stock, and manage the coffee equipment and supplies in the break room at the end of each day. Manage all aspects of the internal ATG store: fulfill orders, track inventory, connect with the Che if Marketing officer regarding restocking of inventoryPrepare and maintain meeting and conference room reservation and catering scheduleCleans up after each meeting and or Catering eventDemonstrates a high level of professionalismAssist CEO, CTO, CFO, Human Resources, and Marketing with special projects and events
