During my time at the White Lion Inn I served customers both behind the bar and in the restaurant area. I was also required to clean. This role provided me with valuable experience with customers and gave me an insight into the fast-paced nature of the hospitality sector. I was able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy work environment.

My responsibilities at the uniform shop included determining customer requirements along with selecting and selling the appropriate items to fulfil their needs. This gave me the opportunity to develop my interpersonal skills. Managing money and auditing stock were further responsibilities delegated to me.
