I am a passionate, high energy yoga instructor who aspires to bring yoga to everyone through innovative avenues. I created The Electric Yogii community to create a space where people feel comfortable to move, breathe and grow together. I am also the co-founder for Yoga with a Cause, a foundation working to bring yoga to the pillars of our community: youth, educators, first responders, and more.
