In addition to providing executive coaching for these leaders, led performance management, talent management, organization design, total rewards, succession planning, employee relations and collaborated with the Centers of Excellence to make sure the constantly evolving needs of the locations and 2500+ employees were being met.Sponsored the CMG Digital Talent Program (DTP) designed to identify and recruit diverse up-and-coming media professionals. Six recent college graduates were offered one-year positions to work as full-time resources on digital projects that drive business results for local TV, radio or newspapers. At the end of the 12-month work assignment, DTP alumni were available for hire.
