Her work included conducting high level and detailed change impact assessments, creating and rolling out a compelling change story and engagement plan, and helping build the framework for effective collaboration between the two companies.

In January 2017, Emily joined the Change and Comms team for a large-scale transformation of the Partnership’s Finance function. As part of her role, she supported the creation of high level and detailed impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and comms plans, overall change plan, and training needs analysis. She also played a key role in organising and running a function-wide launch event, as well as creating both internal and external communications. Additionally, Emily played a leading role in helping set up a Change Network across the function to help embed a new Finance culture and ways of working.

Her work included building detailed stakeholder engagement and training plans to ensure that legislative changes and new processes were mapped, understood, and embedded, and that new systems or solutions were put in place where necessary. She also oversaw the impact and readiness assessment for rights related changes to ensure that the business was GDPR-compliant ahead of the legislative changes.

It was the first Agile project to include integrations with Royal Mail enterprise systems.Emily was responsible for working closely with the project SCRUM team, managing risks, tracking actuals, and helping prepare deliverables In addition, she was involved in helping define customer support processes and content, stakeholder management and engagement, and comms planning.
