Review submitted claim form and set up short-term or long-term disability claim in DMSInterpret and analyze group life and disability contract to calculate initial benefit, integrate with other source income and set up payment.Provide statistic report to client by analyzing the trend and behavior of the claimants and their progress level.Provide support in resolving various plan member level inquiries and problems through efficient customer services skills.

Provide training and assistance to Eastern Canada advisors of F55F and GWL golden keys advisors on the trading system of Invest@Quadrus.Coordinate advisors and various fund companies to resolve Not In Good Order transactions or process necessary adjustments.Work as intermediate between advisors and fund companies to facilitate financial transactions, such as purchasing, redemption, switches, etc.

Work closely with Financial Advisors to conduct market research, analyze customer's needs and present appropriate Insurance and Investment products to them.Help advisors to prepare presentations using Microsoft Excel and Power point, to organize promotion and appreciation events to clients.Set up new account; process clients' financial and non-financial requests.Respond to client's inquiries regarding their insurance and investments, and promote new products available.
