Since completing my Diploma in Welfare work I have been working in the community sector. I have had the opportunity to work in different fields and build my skills.I built my skills on interpersonal communication, leadership and great time management working in case management. I naturally provided a learning space with colleagues and quickly became a mentor. I then built on my leadership skills in a program lead position supporting multiple staff members and a variety of program types.With a change in location and passion, I started working for RACV in the Food & Beverage industry in a leadership position. Implementing day to day operations of two restaurant outlets, and supporting the project management of conference & events.
