As an Independent Sales Agent at Aflac, I educate individuals about Aflac and how our products can financially protect them when they experience an illness or injury, write policies, and practice ongoing customer care.

Process hourly payroll, keep employee files current, prepare monthly managerial sales reports, coordinate enrollments (401(k) and medical), create the annual 401(k) census, plan the annual 401(k) audit and finalize the Form 5500, respond to and report employee injuries promptly, keep mandatory federal and state posters current at every location, provide excellent employee service, assist the Controller as necessary.

Provide excellent customer service, assist crew leaders with proposals, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources.
