About InStrideInStride Health was formed with a clear vision: To solve the pediatric mental health crisis. In collaboration with McLean Hospital, we deliver comprehensive, evidence-based (CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT) virtual outpatient treatment for those ages 7 to 22 experiencing moderate to severe anxiety and/or OCD, delivered virtually. At InStride, we lead with heart—treating patients and their families the way we want our loved ones to be treated. We’ve handpicked the most talented and devoted individuals, creating a team that shares our vision, strives toward our mission, and brings their passion for helping others to work every day. This is a welcoming community focused on a common goal: providing desperately needed, insurance-based access to virtual treatment that works for kids, teens, young adults, and their families.

Attended a week-long intensive training session to prepare to lead a group of 10 ­ 15 incoming freshman through their orientation at MassArt.

Responsibilities include sorting mail, performing rounds, assisting summer residents who need help, also working 20 hours weekly in the Capstone office. Also had responsibilities as a Student Development Assistant: helped with office-related tasks,sorting mail, as well as working on design projects for theschool, including the correct usage of the design standards set for MassArt's logo.
