I worked alongside the owner in continuing to run and grow our company. That consists of beginning new services, managing existing services, and all of our employees. I am a face for this company in going out to advertise for ourselves and share about what and who we are. In managing current contracts, I am in consistent communication with each employee and each manager of the business to ensure our services are being completed to our standards, that all equipment and supplies are available to carry out jobs effectively, and to make certain our clients are satisfied. I assist in corrective action and taking the appropriate measures when needed and deal with conflicts as they arise whether that be with an employee, on a job, or within a business. I am involved with the payroll process; ensuring employees hours are entered in our system and entered in correctly. It is a team effort between the owner and I to hire, terminate, and implement disciplinary action when necessary. I am a main point of contact beside the owner for all employees to reach out to with questions, concerns, personal matters, days off or sick days, schedule changes, conflicts, etc. I believe it is important to remain teachable therefore I am continuously learning, growing, and evolving in my role!
