I am an attorney in Plunkett Cooney's Real Estate Law and Banking, Bankruptcy & Creditor's Rights Law practice groups.My practice focuses mainly on the administration and/or collection of delinquent commercial loans, including foreclosures, modification agreements, note sale agreements, representing the financial institution's interests all types of bankruptcy cases, and collection of judgments. I also work with creditors and financial institutions to ensure that the current documentation protects their interests in new financial transactions.Prior to attending law school, I was a histology technician at MPI Research in Mattawan, Michigan, and I was a Research Technician at Juniata College where I utilized my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.
