📚I am currently a third-year undergraduate student at Kent State University, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Human Resource Management. I will be graduating in the Fall of 2025 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. I am also a member of the Honors College at Kent State. ⭐️This past summer, I completed a Human Resources Internship at FedEx Ground in Pittsburgh, PA, where I gained hands-on experience in HR functions such as training migration, data analysis, and learning management systems. My time at FedEx allowed me to work closely with HR professionals, strengthening my skills in systems administration, data management, and professional communication within a fast-paced corporate environment.⭐️Outside of the classroom, I am a member of Delta Sigma Pi, an International Business Fraternity at Kent State. As an active member where I am VP of Social Activities for Delta Sigma Pi, I coordinate fraternity events to foster community, engagement, and professional growth among emerging business leaders. This role has enhanced my organizational and leadership abilities, giving me opportunities to connect with like-minded peers and build a robust network.⭐️For over six years, I’ve been committed to supporting my community at Cranberry Township Waterpark. Rising through roles from Guest Relations Coordinator to Waterpark Manager, I’ve developed strong team management, customer service, and operational oversight skills.⭐️I’m passionate about contributing to people-centric work environments and am always eager to expand my HR and management skills as I grow in my career.
