Work in a classroom of approximately 50 children, 2.5-5 years old, with a variety of development delays. Provide supervision and support for approximately 40 Western Michigan University practicum students who work with children 1-on-1. Collaborate with team members to develop behavioral and academic support plans for children. Create a social learning environment for children in a group setting, working on peer interaction. Maintain documentation to track student growth and achievement.
